AN owner occupier has bought an industrial property at Campbellfield in Melbourne north for $2.86 million.
CBRE’s Dean Hunt sold the property at 26-28 Glenbarry Rd under instructions from Ferrier Hodgson, acting as agents for the mortgagee.
The property comprises two buildings, a 4,217 sqm warehouse with office space and a 3,245 sqm factory on a land area of 15,060 sqm.
“The property provided a great opportunity for owner occupiers, investors and developers alike, due to flexibility around building configuration and access,” Hunt said.
