FUND manager Capital Prudential have been given the green light for their 46-unit strata warehouse development, Jandakot Business Park.
With development approval now in place, Jandakot Business Park at 100 Prinsep Road in Perth’s south, will begin construction this year.
Specialist property services firm Effective Property Solutions (EPS) has been appointed to manage the project marketing for the project, with MLV appointed as sales agents for the project.
“Jandakot Business Park is set to redefine Jandakot’s landscape and bring a new phase of renewal to the area, while adding valuable new stock to a market with significant supply constraints,” said Justin Mabarrack, head of industrial and commercial at EPS.
Warehouses at the park will range in size from 150sqm to 493sqm and feature exclusive parking bays, three phase power, amenities, including shower facilities, full kitchenettes and mezzanine storage.
The estate will also boast landscaped gardens, CCTV and prominent signage.
“On the back of more than 180 enquiries so far, more than a quarter of the estate’s high truss warehouses are already under offer or being held for investors and owner occupiers,” added Mabarrack.
“This precinct is also generating significant interest because of forthcoming high-profile developments and the sustained growth forecast for the area.”
Jandakot Business Park will be designed by Mulder Kampman Design and will offer excellent transport connections to key southern corridor precincts.
“With a focus on modernity and functionality, the Jandakot Business Park is poised to become a hub of innovation and growth,” said Jack Bennett, acquisition & development manager at Capital Prudential, WA.
“There’s strong demand for these new, smaller format industrial warehouses, so we’re excited to be edging closer to beginning construction and bringing this project to life.”
Jandakot Business Park is expected to be completed by September 2025.
