A VACANT Carnegie suburban site of 1,267sqm has sold for $3.5 million.
The General Residential 2-zoned property at 43-45 Kokaribb Road in Melbourne’s south-east sold to a local buyer on a land rate of $2,762 per sqm.
Savills agents Jesse Radisich, Julian Heatherich and Benson Zhou sold the property, which currently comprises a large house.
Opposite Carnegie Primary School, it has a 40-metre frontage and was marketed as an “ideal location for townhouses or apartments”.
It is also close to the busy Koornang Road retail precinct, Carnegie Central Shopping Centre and Chadstone Shopping Centre.
