AN office and warehouse unit at Cheltenham in south-east Melbourne has sold prior auction for $980,000 on a tight 21-day settlement.
DBRE director David Bancroft handled the sale of factory 11 91-95 Tulip St Cheltenham, two weeks ahead of the scheduled auction.
The property part of a 26 units complex and comprises a building area of 450 sqm including 70 sqm of office.
Bancroft said the property was offered with vacant possession.
“The purchaser who acted quickly to secure Factory11 with a strong pre-auction offer with short settlement is a leading distributor of KA Moth class single handed racing dinghies,” Bancroft said.
