The 1,793 sqm property at 302-304 Canterbury Road has the Pets Haven Shelter Veterinary Clinic and the Pets Haven Community Veterinary Hospital buildings, and sold on a 4.8% yield with a recently renewed 3×3-year lease to Pets Haven Foundation returning $125,583 per annum return.
The site has a total building area of 323 sqm and 25 car parks, and its General Residential zoning offers future development potential.
Savills agents Benson Zhou, Julian Heatherich and Dorothy He sold the property.
The sale price reflected a land rate of $1,456 per sqm.
