A MIXED use investment property at Clayfield in Brisbane's inner north has sold for $4.2 million.
Ray White Commercial’s Steve Black sold the property located at 458 Sandgate Rd, Clayfield, to a local investor.
Black said the approximately 650 sqm site comprised a mixture of retail, commercial and residential tenants and was strategically positioned on the corner of Sandgate Rd and Bonney Avenue.
“The site is anchored by Clayfield Foodmart, Red Rooster and Lunatic Fringe hairdressers.
“It also comprises a 60 sqm office suite, four commercial tenancies and residential living,” he added.
The sale represented a 6.71% yield based on the current rental income of $282,234 p.a.
