CLOUDING Around is spreading its wings and taken on more space at a neighbouring building in South Melbourne.
It signed a three-year lease over then open plan space at 115 Whiteman Street, at $58,140 per annum gross in a deal negotiated by Amy Jones and Jay Pavey of Lemon Baxter.
The tenant has an existing office at 41 Cecil Street.
