THE Coffee Club has signed a long term lease for one of its largest outlets in Australia at Jimboomba in South East Queensland.
The 10 year lease with a 10 year option is for 280 sqm space at Jimboomba’s newest commercial and medical centre, the Jimboomba Convenience Centre.
The deal was negotiated by Kevin Ramsey and Trent Dellit of Ray White Commercial Broadbeach.
Dellit said the franchise will join McDonalds, a drive-through baker, a Chinese restaurant, dentist, sports store, pizza parlour and a gymnasium.
Dellit said the Coffee Club’s freestanding strata titled tenancy was also now for sale, with the price on application.
“The fact that the Coffee Club is a long term tenant and currently is paying annual rental of $131,600 net makes this an appealing property for any investor,” he added.
Ramsey said the Jimboomba Convenience Centre was owned and developed by Patrick Blechen of PG Construction Services.
He said the site had 3,500 sqm of space available for food, medical and commercial services.
“Available tenancies range from 69 sqm to 440 sqm and carry very competitive rents and incentives for the right operators,” he said. “The site has almost seven million vehicles passing annually and is just minutes away from the potentially 50,000 strong community of Flagstone.”
