COLLIERS International has made three new appointments to its Queensland real estate management team, citing rising market confidence and offshore demand for office assets.
Tim Matthews has been made state product director, having previously held the position of commercial manager at the GPT Group.
Colliers International managing director of real estate management Denis Coupland said Matthews brings a wealth of experience working with offshore investors and will be responsible for leading the Queensland team and delivering the best in class service in that market.
Daniel Shafferman has been made national director.
“(Shafferman) will provide a holistic industrial property management service to our clients. As a trusted advisor, he will run the national team to ensure we can help our clients develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the value of their investment,” Coupland said.
The third appointment is Steven Schneider as director, based in Colliers’ Brisbane office with a Queensland and national focus.
Coupland said Schneider will look after the Queensland and New South Wales retail portfolio.
