Peter Garrigan has been promoted to executive managing director of Ontario at Colliers Canada, Green Street News can reveal.
The promotion is effective immediately and the position is based in Toronto.
In the new role, he will work with managing directors across the province to implement a strategy focused on enhancing client services, recruiting top talent and mentoring the next generation of advisors.
Garrigan will continue to report into Daniel Holmes, president of brokerage, valuations and advisory services. Garrigan retains his post as group leader for the national industrial practice.
Previously, Garrigan was executive managing director for the Greater Toronto Area. He’s been with Colliers for over 20 years.
