CSC will consolidate its staff from three Melbourne CBD and near-city locations at the Docklands in a deal with developer Fitzpatrick Investment Pty Ltd.
The deal will see the company move staff from 570 St Kilda Road, 58-62 Queensbridge Street, Southbank as well a Collins Street property.
As well as its move in Melbourne, CSC has also consolidated its operations to a new campus-style accommodation at Coniston Park in Wollongong, Macquarie park in Sydney and Perth’s Subiaco.
And next month, the company is also opening a new campus at Mawson Lakes in Adelaide.
The Docklands precinct has become a who’s who destination for some of the biggest companies in Australia including ANZ, National Australia Bank, Myer, AXA, National Foods, Fairfax just to name a few.
And recently, French fashion school Ecole de Mode Internationale announced it will open its university in Australia at a new $300 million campus in the precinct.
When completed, the Docklands will have a development value of at least $10 billion with 40,000 workers and 20,000 residents.
