HONG Kong’s Maxsen Capital and Thailand’s Dusit International have started construction on the $750 million international golf & spa resort at Springfield’s Brookwater golf club.
The 5 star Dusit Thani Brookwater Golf & Spa Resort at First Residence represents the largest foreign investment in an Australian fully integrated resort since Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast.
The resort will be built overlooking the Greg Norman Brookwater Golf Course.
Upon completion, it will comprise 520 luxury apartments, tennis stadium and club designed to host major international tournaments, a water park, retail emporium, four restaurants, an aquatic centre, the Starlight Convention Centre, a bridal centre, wedding chapel and manmade beach lagoon.
