A Wahroonga couple of snapped up an uber-luxe apartment in Sydney’s The Rocks for $19 million.
The palatial Sydney residence is within the $350 million The Harrington Collection, co-developed by Hannas and Golden Age. They put a 1,925 sqm retail and commercial space within the mixed-use development to the market with expectations of $35 million in May.
The Harrington Collection’s luxury residence boast unobstructed views of Sydney Harbour, the Opera House and the iconic Harbour Bridge.
Daniel Baran from Highland Double Bay Malouf was the selling agent of the apartment, which features three opulent bedrooms all with their own ensuite, a kitchen complete with premium Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, two car spaces and a spacious wraparound balcony.

The $19 million sale means 80% of the apartments within The Harrington Collection have sold.
The Harrington Collection is one of the only large-scale mixed-use residential projects to have gained government approval in the precinct in the last eight years.
“With residences being snatched up at the rate they are, it’s only a matter of weeks before this rare shot at immersive Sydney Harbour living is gone for good,” Highland said.
Among the remaining apartments are a dual level 483 sqm grandeur penthouse also featuring open Harbour views and a rooftop terrace complete with a private barbeque area and plunge pool.
