GLOBAL company Cubic Transportation Systems has secured office space at 10 Eagle St owned by Dexus Property Group.
CTS has signed a five-year lease for 911 sqm on level 11, with lease commencing 1st November.
Colliers International’s associate director of office leasing Amanda Foggo negotiated the deal, which sees CTS relocate from their premises at 443 Queen St.
“The tenant was seeking new premises ahead of their lease expiry in July 2016 at 443 Queen St, in order to make way for CBUS’ new 47 storey residential tower development.
“They have selected 10 Eagle St due to its central location, exceptional amenities and reputable landlord, DEXUS Property Group.” Foggo said.
