The pre-lease agreement will see Daikin take 33,278sqm of gross lettable area at 200 Governor Macquarie Drive over 10 years.
It will take up residency within the 11-hectare business park in Sydney’s west in early 2018.

Stockland acquired the property from the Australian Turf Club in 2013. It was originally utilised as the Coopers Paddock horse training facility. The 200 Governor Macquarie Drive site is opposite the new Inglis thoroughbred horse stables and sale yard, who will relocate from their Randwick stables to Warwick Farm.
Savills has been appointed to secure a future tenant for the remaining 17,532sqm within the estate.
