Malcolms Real Estate`s director and auctioneer Frank Hellier said sold the property through auction and said the price exceeded the reserve of $550,000.
The 130 sqm building was offered with vacant possession and has been used recently as overflow office accommodation by a locally based call centre.
Hellier said the purchaser is an experienced dental technician who will establish his own practice on site.
