A brand-new office and warehouse property in Melbourne’s western suburb of Derrimut has sold for $2.05 million off the plan.
Leo Mancino of CVA negotiated the sale of the 1,499 sqm building at 2/68 East Derrimut Crescent, which has a high clearance warehouse of 1,314 sqm, and 185 sqm of office space over two levels.
The property also offers a rear year of 180 sqm, external hardstand, loading canopy and off-street car parking, and is located close to Mt Derrimut Road and the Western Freeway.
“With the removal of stamp duty savings on commercial properties bought off the plan in 2017, this sale evidences the high demand for buildings of this size and nature,” Mancino said.
