SAVILLS has sold a residential development site at Gosford in the Central Coast of New South Wales to a private developer for $1.45 million.
Savills sold the property at 19-21 Donnison Street West on behalf of LKM Capital Limited (acting as mortgagee in possession).
The 3,743 sqm site benefits from two street frontages and was sold with Development Approval for 39 units plus 74 basement car spaces.
Savills selling agent Gianni Pasini said there were 38 sale enquiries and the site was sold through an expressions of interest campaign.
