A DEVELOPER has sold a Toorak home for $3.29 million after buying it 12 months ago for $2.85 million.
Beller Residential’s Robert German sold the house at 150 Kooyong Rd Toorak. He said the vendor was a large sub divisional developer that is currently selling a subdivision in Craigieburn of approximately 170 lots and in Tarneit of approximately 80 lots.
German said the 15% increase in price in just 12 months reaffirms the strength of the market at the top end.
Interestingly, local buyers stepped up to the plate. Out of the six bidders, five were local, one was Asian, which was a referral from the Beller Shanghai office,” German concluded.
The property comprises five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a double garage, an in-ground pool on a 685 sqm corner block.
