A LOCAL developer has purchased an ex-service station site at Keysborough in Melbourne’s south-east for $1.125 million.
The Commercial 1-zoned property, at 281-283 Corrigan Rd, was sold by Vinci Carbone agents Joseph Carbone and Frank Vinci via an expressions of interest campaign.
The sale price reflected a land rate of $887 per sqm.
Carbone said that interest was received from both local and interstate developers who recognised the great opportunity offered by the unique commercial infill site.
The property was sold with a planning permit for a single-level retail building, but has potential for a more comprehensive development subject to council approval.
