A ROSEBUD medical centre has been sold before auction for $2 million.
Knight Frank agents Tim Grant and Matt Romanin sold the property, at 926 Point Nepean Rd on the Mornington Peninsula, on behalf local doctors.
The 1,517sqm property comprises radiology, pathology and a general practice, and was sold fully leased to three medical practitioners on long-term deals, returning a combined $141,224 per annum.
