DOMA Group’s the Cape at DKSN in Canberra’s Dickson has topped out, as the project welcomes childcare operator Wonderschool.
Completion of the mixed use project is expected in the third quarter of 2020, wil of 102 apartments, three food and beverage tenancies including a gastro pub, five retail tenancies and the 90-place Wonderschool childcare centre.
“With Cape nearing its move in date, we are very excited to start welcoming operators who will provide residents with convenient access to outstanding hospitality and services and bring new amenity to Dickson and the inner north,” Doma’s senior development manager, David Jameson explained.
Cape will be the second building completed within the DKSN precinct. The 13,200 sqm ACT office building is scheduled to open in the first half of 2020 and construction is due start on the northern site, which will include 200 apartments, 5,000 sqm of office space, and 50 retail tenancies including a grocery store and gym, in the second quarter of next year.
