FAST growing chain Doughnut Time has opened a new store at Mount Gravatt East in Brisbane’s southeast.
Doughnut Time has leased an approximately 69 sqm retail tenancy in a shopping complex at 6/345 Pine Mountain Rd Mount Gravatt East in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial’s Jack Gwyn and Jonathon Jones.
The tenant has taken out a 3 + 3 + 3 year lease at net rental of $40,000 per annum.
Gwyn said the outlet is situated in a complex which also includes McDonalds, Subway and an IGA supermarket.
“This tenancy was ideal for a food outlet and the complex has ample onsite parking and a signage tower facing Pine Mountain Rd,” he said.
Doughnut Time first opened a hole in the wall store in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley early last year and now has more than 20 locations in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne.
