DRILLING services company Swick Dynamics Pty Ltd has leased an office warehouse in the Kunda Park industrial precinct on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
The lease was negotiated by Jason O’Meara of Savills, who marketed the 109 Enterprise Street premises on behalf of the previous tenant, infrastructure engineering group Tenix Alliance Pty Ltd.
The property has a gross floor area of 670 sqm on a 2,810 sqm land site and comprises a warehouse, office space, over 1,000 sqm of fully fenced concrete hard stand, a wash bay and undercover areas.
Swick Dynamics has relocated from smaller premises at nearby 97 Enterprise Street.
“This property is one of the best presented in the popular Kunda Park industrial precinct. It was ideally suited for Swick Dynamics to easily upgrade their premises, as the property was fitted out to a very high standard by the previous tenant,” he added.
O’Meara said Swick Dynamics has taken assignment of the existing lease to Tenix Alliance at circa $110,000 per annum plus GST.
Swick Dynamics’ operations headquarters are in Kunda Park, and the company also has a business presence in Perth and Brisbane.
