END-to-end supply chain solutions company efm Logistics is growing its Queensland footprint with a five-year lease at a purpose-built facility in Frasers Property Industrial’s SC1 Archerfield Estate.
The newly-built 31,363sqm warehouse will house efm Logistics’ significant Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) operations and is the group’s second tenancy with Frasers Property Industrial, building on its facility in the Rubix Connect estate in Victoria.
“We are very pleased to continue our relationship with efm Logistics, welcoming them to Queensland as the first customer at our SC1 Archerfield estate,” said Troy Whalan, general manager at Frasers Property Industrial, Queensland.
efm Logistics committed to 18,427sqm in a five-year leasing deal last October.
With construction commencing in April 2022 and completed in August 2024, the facility has achieved a 5 Star Green Star As Built V1.3 rating and includes 50kW Solar and a 46,400 kL rainwater tank.
Featuring tailored storage systems, the facility will be a central hub to safely accommodate and distribute a combination of diverse and high-value goods.
With the warehouse consisting of a main office spanning 707sqm, 173 car parking spaces, six recessed loading docks, six on-grade roller shutter doors and a 36m super awning for all weather operations.
The SC1 Archerfield Estate is more than 50% committed, with 12,195sqm of warehouse space still available for lease.
With the leasing deal between efm Logistics and Frasers Property Industrial brokered by Lachlan Hatley and David Knox from Knight Frank.
Frasers Property Industrial recently secured a host of major city industrial leases totalling more than 80,000sqm, including four in Melbourne spanning 64,000sqm in gross lettable area.
