VOCATIONAL training group Evocca College leased a three level office building at Springwood in Brisbane’s south, the former headquarters of developer Devine Limited.
Ray White Commercial’s Silvio Bevacqua leased the property at 3 Westmoreland Boulevard.
Bevacqua said the three level building had been Devine’s head office for many years until the company relocated to a new headquarters at Hamilton in Brisbane.
Evocca College has leased the entire building space of approximately 1,388 sqm, which also offers parking for more than 50 vehicles.
“Evocca College has taken up a long term tenancy on the landmark property to make it their national and international head office. They will also take up exclusive naming rights on the building which overlooks the M.
“The building was ideal for the college and its operations,” he added.
Evocca College signed a five-year lease with multiple five-year options at a net rental of approximately $409,000 per annum plus outgoings.
“Evocca College also has first right to occupy up to an additional 1,450 sqm of premium office space to be developed on an adjacent site by the current owners,” Bevacqua said.
