The 680,000-hectare Manners Creek station in the Northern Teritory, near the Queensland border has sold, after it was listed for $15 million.
Located 270km west from Mt Isa, the fattening and breeder property was sold with 11,000 head of cattle and the ability to increase the carrying capacity through water development.
Ray White Rural’s Bruce Douglas and Peter Dowling sold the site on behalf of Brett and Vanda Hick and family, with Mick Gibson and family the purchasers.
