BOUTIQUE fashion label Eva’s Sunday continues to expand, opening a new store in Glenferrie Rd Hawthorn.
Fitzroys’ Chris James negotiated the lease at 775 Glenferrie Rd Hawthorn. The tenant signed a 4+3+3-year deal over the two-level shop at $68,000 per annum net.
It has a 95sqm ground floor retail space with first floor dwelling positioned in a high foot traffic zone within the popular precinct, amongst Rococo restaurant and Liar Liar Café, and close to Methodist Ladies’ College and Xavier College.
