FKP Property Group has sold a Coles supermarket anchored shopping centre at Peregian Springs on the Sunshine Coast to Sydney-based Alceon Group for $20 million.
The Peregian Springs shopping centre developed in 2008 after signing Coles to the $25 million development on a 20 year lease expiring 2028.
The centre is located within a masterplanned residential community.
The sale price represents a yield of 8%.
Located at 1 Ridgeview Drive, the centre comprises 4,766 sqm of space.
