FOUR food retailers have signed up to Lend Lease's Barangaroo.
Bourke Street Bakery, Gelato Messina, Campos Coffee and Toby’s Estate are the latest tenants to join Matt Moran who will open a three-level restaurant at Barangaroo.
Bourke Street Bakery and Gelato Messina will be located in the Lime Street Shops area and Toby’s Estate and Campos Coffee will both operate lobby cafes at International Towers Sydney’s Tower Two and Tower Three, respectively.
“Barangaroo will be a highly visited precinct, so it’s important we partner with operators who provide the highest quality product, but can also keep up with the demand,” Lend Lease’s retail investment management head Gary Horwitz said.
“Whether it is iconic restaurateurs of Matt Moran’s calibre, or retailers the likes of Bourke Street Bakery, Toby’s Estate, Campos Coffee and Gelato Messina who will bring an authentic village experience to the precinct, we will continue to deliver a retail mix which Sydney will be proud of,” he added.
