FASHION and homewares business White & Co. has leased a double storey former café building in East Malvern for its new head office and retail space.
Crabtrees agent Rodney King leased the 231 sqm 154 Waverley Rd building at a net annual rent of $63,000 on a three-year lease with two three-year options and annual increases.
The property was leased before it officially hit the market.
“We have leased a number of properties in the area and had a few tenants who had missed out on other sites and were keen to secure the fully renovated property,” King said.
“The space was unique in that it had a large shop, first floor offices plus additional rear storage.”
