A ROW of shops at Caufield North in Melbourne's south-east has sold for $4.4 million.
Gross Waddell’s Benjamin Klein and Jonathon McCormack negotiated the sale of 67 – 77 Hawthorn Rd Caulfield North.
The sale represents a rate of $4,150 per sqm.
“This sale price and rate per sqm sets a new benchmark for this location and clearly indicates developers’ insatiable demand for well located properties with future development potential,” Klein said.
The property is situated on the eastern side of Hawthorn Rd and there are four shops with a total area of 1,060 sqm, plus squash courts at the rear with on-site parking.
The total income is approximately $115,000 per annum.
