FUJI Xerox has secured a new hi-tech office and warehouse at Mulgrave in Melbourne’s south-east.
The 600 sqm property at Unit 8, 4 Anzed Court, comprises a brand new half office, half warehouse, facility located in Mulgrave’s technological precinct. Savills’ leasing agent Daniel Kelly negotiated the $89,000 per annum net on a three years lease with a three-year option.
Kelly said Fuji Xerox would run its south-east photocopier and fax machine operation from the property, which would feature ground level showroom and training areas with offices on the second level.
“This is a very high quality building, fronting a new development, with the right balance of office and warehouse space that tenants in IT and related industries find generally suits their needs,” Kelly said.
