FXCM Australia has leased a 334sqm A-grade office suite in the 383 Kent Street building in Sydney.
JLL’s Will Hamilton and Justin Hayes negotiated the medium-term lease at $685 per sqm net on behalf of Dexus Property Group.
The newly-fitted suite has floor-to-ceiling windows and views across darling harbour.
