A DOG health and wellness centre and an Italian leather importer have opened shop in Melbourne’s bayside pocket suburb of Gardenvale.
Fitzroys Tom Fisher negotiated the respective leases of 139B Gardenvale Rd and 141 Gardenvale Rd.
The Dog Wellness Centre has signed a 3+3-year deal at $29,000 per annum net for the ground floor retail and office space of 83 sqm at number 141, after interest was received from medical clinics, naturopaths and accountants and lawyers.
Fisher negotiated another 3+3-year deal for the 105 sqm self-contained office suite at number 139B to an Italian leather importer, at $27,000 per annum net, which includes three private rooms.
