A LOCAL owner-occupier has snared a vacant light industrial facility at Gladesville in Sydney’s inner north-west for $1.75 million.
The 1,260 sqm property at 445-447 Victoria Rd Gladesville was sold by Ray White Commercial principal Tim Morrison on behalf of Traditional Studies Group.
Morrison said the currently vacant site has a high profile location on Victoria Rd and is zoned light industrial.
“We had strong interest in this site which offers a significant redevelopment opportunity subject to the relevant approvals. The buyer plans to occupy the site for relocating their existing Gladesville business,” he said.
