A HISTORIC former Gothic Church in Essendon in Melbourne’s inner north-west has sold to a private local medical practitioner for $1.45 million.
CBRE agents Joshua Twelftree, David Minty and Sandro Peluso negotiated the sale for 1003 Mount Alexander Rd via an expressions of interest campaign on behalf of a private investor.
Whilst the property was offered with a permit for restaurant and café use and with a loft-style penthouse apartment over four levels, the new owner plans to convert the 267 sqm site into a medical facility.
