Green has spent the last five years at Lendlease in various roles including most recently as the senior fund analyst for the Australian Prime Property Fund (APPF Commercial). He was a key member of the fund’s bid team on the successful acquisition of a 25% interest in Tower 1 at Barangaroo in June 2015.
He will join national director Adam Woodward, who joined Colliers from AMP Capital in early 2015, to focus specifically on institutional office assets in the Sydney market.
“Tom is highly regarded in the industry and brings exceptional transaction experience and strong institutional relationships to our team,” Colliers`s managing director of capital markets John Marasco said.
