Hazelview Investments is developing a multifamily property at 73 and 75 Broadway Avenue in Toronto that will comprise 520 rental units.
The project encompasses a new 38-storey tower with 336 suites and the renovation of 184 units built in the 1960s. Hazelview will undertake decarbonization measures at the existing tower at 75 Broadway.
Amenities will include a gym, coworking space, a rooftop terrace, car-charging stations and bicycle stalls.
The project is expected to be complete in the second quarter.
