HAVING just secured new office space, Health More has leased a 5,177 sqm warehouse in Clayton formerly home to Stillwell Motors.
Colliers agents Jonathan Mercuri and Richard Wilkinson struck the terms of the five-year lease at $100 per sqm at 41/1508 Centre Road, in Melbourne’s south-east, on behalf of Goodman.
Mercuri said Health More had previously used a third party logistics operator based in Tullamarine after vacating a warehouse from Caribbean Business Park in 2018, and that the relocation to Clayton brought the warehousing and distribution facilities closer to its new office space in Hawthorn East.
Colliers leased a 759 sqm office at 785 Toorak Road to Health More in recent weeks in another five-year deal.
