ELORA Health will take up the former VicRoads office in Melbourne’s inner-eastern suburb of Hawthorn, signing a decade-long deal with a five-year option at 110 Church Street.
Colliers agents Damien Adkins and Kevin Tutty handled the deal on behalf of a private owner.
Elora Health will pay $320 per sqm for the 792 sqm property. The new clinic will comprise GPs, allied health professionals and specialists, and wellness studio and food lab.
Adkins said the property provided Elora Health with a building that was located in a prominent location, with ground floor exposure and secure car parking.
“The subject property provides clients with plenty of amenity including cafes, public transport and other quality eateries.”
