AN early bird investor has acquired an industrial property with development upside in Hendra prior to auction for $2 million.
The property at 508 Nudgee Rd Hendra, 4.5km from Brisbane Airport, was sold by Colliers International’s Nick Volk and Bevan Galloway.
The 1,662 sqm site is improved by a 500 sqm clearspan warehouse and 1,100 yard area. It was sold with a new three-year lease with options, returning $95,000 net income per annum.
