INDEPENDENT valuation firm Herron Todd White is merging its Melbourne and South East Regional Australia entities.
Managing director of Victoria and Tasmania Tony Kelly said this process will consolidate the operations across all of Victoria and Tasmania as well as some cross-border regions in South Australia and NSW.
He said the merger will simplify the operating structure and leverage market leadership in residential, commercial, and rural valuation offerings across the southeast of Australia.
“When complete in the months ahead, this commitment will position HTW VIC/TAS as one of Australia’s largest valuation operations with over 200 employees dedicated to providing valuation and consultancy services to our clients.
“From our office locations in Melbourne, Hobart, Berry, Mildura, Cranbourne, Launceston, Ballarat, Deniliquin, Ringwood, Sale, Warrnambool, Mt Gambier, Bendigo, and Geelong we will intensify our coverage and capabilities,” he added.
The existing HTW SERA and HTW Melbourne boards are meeting as one and have commenced blending operations with Tony Kelly as the managing director. Peter Degotardi has been part of the HTW family for nearly 40 years, is a previous longstanding national chair of HTWA and he will chair the new HTW Vic/Tas board.
