At 7011 Herman S. Braich Boulevard, the parcel is on the banks of the Fraser River, with 1 km of riverfront. Goodman Commercial has the marketing assignment.
The campaign notes the land’s development potential and its status as one of the last developable sites of its size in the region.
The vacant property is zoned for light and heavy industrial, manufacturing, mini-storage, barge-loading and warehousing. It is 11 km from Highway 1 and 60 km east of downtown Vancouver.
Mission is home to more than 40,000 people.
