THE Instant Group is expanding its delivery and service capabilities across Australia with the acquisition of Navigate Property Consulting in Sydney.
Navigate Property Consulting was founded by Paul Mead and manages the entire lifecycle of commercial tenancies, specialising in end-of-lease resolution for tenants.
Navigate has assisted more than 40 clients across the legal, financial, FMCG, industrial, pharmaceutical and government sectors.
“Following on from our recent successful first managed office in Sydney, this acquisition further broadens our capability to serve our client base across the Australia market, presenting significant opportunities for growth and expansion,” said Sean Lynch, chief client office at The Instant Group, APAC and EMEA.
“Clients can now access a wider range of workspace solutions and consultancy services, tailored to their unique needs and requirements.”
Mead brings more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry including complex project delivery and lease exit strategies aligning with the goals and mission of The Instant Group.

Demand is rising for flexible workspace in key markets across Australia, after several markets experienced demand growth throughout 2023 compared to 2022, including Sydney, up 9%, Perth, up 46% and Adelaide, up 14%.
While according to IWG, businesses are reportedly cutting energy usage by almost a fifth by providing teams with access to flexible workspaces.
So far in 2024, the Gold Coast is leading the nation, with demand levels already up 59% over the first quarter compared to the same period in 2023.
