THE local arm of South Africa's specialist bank, Investec Australia, has launched a new residential project in Adelaide.
Located in Adelaide inner suburb of Bowden, B apartments, is being developed in collaboration with the South Australian government’s Renewal SA.
The first 20 apartments over six floors will be released to the market on Saturday. Completion of is planned for early 2016.
Investec`s director infrastructure finance & investment business Nigel Brophy said Investec sees an increased opportunity for similar residential developments to take advantage of demand.
“Bowden is a fantastic location where residents can enjoy the green open spaces and easy access to public transport and other local amenities.
“As the first development to be released in Bowden since July 2014, we expect the first release of B apartments to tap into surging buyer demand in the Bowden area,” Brophy said.
