A FULLY leased Caltex-branded Woolworths fuel station and BWS site in Alkimos, north of Perth, has been picked up by an investor for $2.012 million.
The 0.45-hectare property at 9 Pacific Promenade is at the entrance to Peet’s Shorehaven Residential Estate and building area of 480 sqm.
It sold with a seven-year lease to Woolworths and three other tenancies for a WALE of 7.11 years by income, returning around $190,115 per annum net and reflecting a yield of circa 9.45%.
Mark Swale and Gary Lovi of Vicus Commercial sold the property.
