THE Hartington Centre medical clinic site in Melbourne’s popular inner suburb of Northcote has sold under the hammer for $1.345 million, at a healthy 2.4% yield.
Four bidders competed for the 524 sqm property located at 24 Hartington St Northcote, which has a 174 sqm building with six consulting rooms and reception and combined frontage of more than 57 metres.
It sold with a 5+5+5-year lease from February 2017 and a current return of $32,260.80 per annum plus GST.
Knight Frank’s Matt Romanin and Andrew Greenway sold the property via receivers auction, following a campaign that attracted 72 enquiries.
The Hartington Centre has operated from the site since 1998 and houses 25 practitioners.
