FAMILY-owned manufacturer Jackaroo Timber has leased an office and warehouse lease at Kilsyth in Melbourne’s outer east.
Savills’ director David Kalb and Ron Williams from Rutherfords negotiated the deal.
The agents said the tenant had outgrown its nearby tenancy and required additional space with main road exposure and excellent access.
The 73-75 Canterbury Rd property comprises a 4,061 sqm office and warehouse facility including 250 sqm of office space, multiple roller doors, a huge rear yard and on-site parking. Jackaroo will pay $240,000 per annum gross rental on a five-year term.
“This was a very good fit for Jackaroo’s requirements with excellent exposure and access in a location which offered minimal disruption for current staff and clients,” Kalb said.
