JONES Lang LaSalle has won the contract from Suncorp to help manage its 350,000 sqm commercial, industrial and retail portfolio.
Suncorp’s executive general manager of real estate Peter Affleck the appointment follows an intensive review and selection process.
“We have chosen to partner with Jones Lang LaSalle as they demonstrated the local and regional know how that we required to help us get the best from our real estate portfolio, while also having the capacity and experience to apply global best practice,” he added.
JLL’s head of Australia Stephen Conry said the contract cemented the firm’s position in the Asia Pacific market as the only service provider that combines facilities management, transactional expertise and true interconnectivity of a national, regional and global firm for clients.
